I have probably a few hundred in Diablo 3. I have thousands upon thousands of hours in Diablo 2. Let me preface this I only have 8 hours into Torchlight 2. In terms of Diablo 3 to Diablo 2 vs Torchlight 3 to Torchlight 2, Torchlight 3 is arguably the worst of all four. It certainly wasn't a sequel in terms of gameplay. At least the one I've logged the most time into. I genuinely loved Diablo 2 and it's probably my all-time favorite game. I'm gonna pick it up after my travel tomorrow. But are you paying for cosmetics or does the gear kind of change how you look similar to D2? I’d be very into that. Couldn’t really get into PoE because of how it’s free to play. Love hate relationship for me.īut I see you said Last Epoch. I’d honestly wait still to see if it gets updates. And all the mobs just absorb damage like crazy. You don’t run the risk of dying until end game content. But it’s really just a bunch of bullet sponges. It’s really just unfleshed out for a full release. Or you’ll click to use an ability and for some reason your char just walks that way. Or you will get stuck walking in place on nothing. I’ll switch items and it doesn’t even register that I did. As well there seems to be issues where the game disconnects from inputs for some reason. And I had an issue where my cooldown on an ability is 1sec but went to 2 or 3 or 4 randomly. Last night I had several issues where I couldn’t cast a teleport which got me killed and caused me to lose lifebound gear. My glaring issue is that there are so many glitches from things like cooldowns increasing which will break builds, to bosses just not spawning which halts progress. Unique and sets are few and far between but you can find some decent rare items that will work well. I dont mind the loot system even though it isn’t very expansive. Completed the game and almost level 60 with the Sharpshooter and halfway through with The Forged and new game with the Dusk Mage.
